Dr reeds office screwed me out of $1200.00went for blood work explained would be paid out of pocket...charged 125.testibg 50.office on third visit 9mo later had me sign paper work for all three visits back dateing paper now am recieving bills for $1200.00...eric reed her husband office mang refuses to talk to me ducks me and my repeated attempts to resolve this....maybe legal but dirty business!!!!
I'm not a patient of Dr Reed. But trying to assist one of their patient's, I had the most HORRIBLE conversations I've ever had in my life with the "Office Manger" / Mr Reed her husband. Unprofessional, rude, overbearing and just plain out of line. I wouldn't refer ANYONE to this practice all due to they're poor choice in management. He was not only rude to myself and staff, but also to our elderly patient's wife. Unacceptable... Period

I have been trying to get some genetic testing done for having a strong family history of breast/cervical/ovarian/uterine cancer and she has been nothing but a pain in my butt. She refuses to refer anyone to specialists that she deems "not medically necessary" even if the doctor you are trying to get a referral to says that it is vital that you see them. I have called multiple times trying to give her the "proof" that she needs to let me see this other dr and she still refuses and I have even been hung up on and told that "people do lie about family members having cancer". So finally after a battle with them over needing "proof" of my grandmother having cancer, I had my grandmother's doctor send her a letter stating that she did, in fact, have breast cancer before. I call Dr Reed's office back 3 days later to ask them about it and no one knows where the letter is. "It may be in the big stack of records Dr Reed hasn't gotten to yet" the woman on the phone told me...are you serious? I will never return to Dr Reed's office and would advise others to steer clear also.
