A quick back story, I am a contractor and contacted Miracle Method to fix a crack in a new fiberglass tub on one of my jobs. The tub had been cracked because it was sitting in an unfinished frame that was in the process of being constructed and my customer had got into the tub to describe where the shower head should be and since it was just sitting on top the frame with no support it cracked on one of the rounded inside corners, this crack was not seen until the next day. I heard the crack as soon as she walked into the tub and cringed, I didn't have a chance to inspect the tub until the next day, she tried to claim that me laying a tool on the edge caused the crack but that was not logical or even possible because of where the crack was located.
So the bottom line, more important than the great work they do is the way they conduct themselves which is more than enough reason to choose this company and especially these people to be invited into your home or business to do great work in an honorable way. They are owed much more than $175 now in my opinion. Give these people your business.
Andrew was very polite, very professional, and on time. He did a job that was better than I had expected. The Kitchen counter tops look really good now. Miracle Method of Smyrna, TN are good honest people that do a great job.
I would highly recommend Miracle Method. They made our shower and surrounding tub wall look like new and we were able to match the floor tile very well. The cost of Miracle Method was $3000 less than the best estimate we got to completely replace the tile. Technician was very nice and careful to do a great job and and a great clean-up job.
I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Miracle Method. The outcome was all we expected it to be. Both of our bathrooms were refinished and it really has changed our bathrooms entire look. We had our floors, cabinets and shower stall refinished. The job didn't last longer than 3 days and was worth the wait. We are so thrilled with the work Joel did for us. Joel was the technician we had the honor of working with. He was kind, professional and worked with our schedule. We had initially planned to use Home Depot or Lowe's for this project, but so glad we went with Miracle Method. The price was really cut in half on what we decided to do with both bathrooms by deciding to go with Miracle Method. I highly recommend this company to everyone. You will be extremely happy and satisfied with the outcome.
There was more than 1 hour of work involved to do the job and I refused to pay at the time unless it was the amount originally quoted. This situation felt like my customer had ripped me off and tricked me into doing as much as I could do before canceling the job and not paying in full (and the customer is the COO of Logans Road House by the way) and in turn Miracle Method was getting unfairly screwed out of the money they were owed for a job well done by me.... I wanted to do what was right, I didn't want to pay for the extra hours of the charge and really my customer should have been the one to pay for the work that was done since they caused the issue and erroneously canceled the project at the end of the job without full payment.
So nearly a year passes and I get a call from Miracle Method looking to get paid what they are owed and I tell them this should be the responsibility of my customer, and after unkind words on both sides somehow I reference my time as a soldier in the Army, and the owner completely absolves the debt stating that "your time in the service has paid the debt" which gave me pause because i thought my customer should be responsible for the debt, and of course Miracle Method thought I should be responsible for the debt and overall the owner of Miracle Method had the integrity and honor to absolve a debt even though they were not in the wrong because of my personal service to the country.
I told my customer I would take care of it and include it in the project cost and that is when I contacted Miracle Method. They came out and did the job with no snags, and that afternoon right after the tub was repaired my customer emailed me to inform me they were canceling the job because "it was taking too long" the job was a complete renovation of the bathroom and attached master bedroom and it was 95% complete at the time they wanted to "cancel" the job. And the job was taking longer than expected because of the intricate tile pattern they chose after our original agreement, and they didn't' want to pay for the extra time involved which made me loose the best tile contractor I ever had and in the end caused an issue between me and Miracle Method because when they called to get payment I informed them that my customer had canceled the job on me but at the time was willing to pay for the 1 hour originally quoted.
I want to elaborate on why I would also highly recommend them based on personal character.

First off the work they did was great and made the cracked tub look brand new (which it was) so they absolutely lived up to their claim, showed up on time and did great work so I recommend them for the quality of work they do.
