Classes are fun, the trainers are good, lots of opportunities through the week. HOWEVER, the billing department is unreachable. I've called like 7 times and no return calls. If you ever get into a snag, it will be a huge headache.
Great place to work out, hardly any interaction with staff, so I have no review on them.
Everything was cooked to perfection, but the restroom attendant wouldn't stop asking me if I was done wiping, and got pissy when I only tipped him a buck. Waiters could have also been a bit faster
In Smyrna on business, and worked out this morning. 5am, and the gentleman at the desk personally welcomed me when I came in, and was friendly when I left. The gym was clean, and there was a great selection of equipment. I especially loved the training area in the center of the gym. Plenty of room to do drills, and a cool walking track around the perimeter. I've never seen that at another Golds. Also, this location offers hot yoga, which I am jealous of!! We don't have that at my home club in OFallon, MO. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in town. Great overall experience, and absolutely upholds the Golds standard, and then some.
Been going to this gym since it first opened, have always loved it. Seems now that every time I come in another machine is broken. They need to focus more on keeping the machines maintained and fixed rather than changing the colors of the walls every month and putting unecessary tile flooring in the locker rooms and bathrooms.
