My children LOVE Jiu Jitsu Nation. They attend the after school program and as well as the summer camp. In the morning they both wake up energized and excited to go. On the weekends they eagerly await for Monday. The staff is amazing, professional, and caring. The "Nation" is a community all on its own that has helped my family that is from out of state feel welcomed, included, and proud to be a part of it. I recommend Jiu Jitsu nation for anyone that wants to get active or get your children involved in a place that promotes leadership skills, self discipline and fun!

The instructors are extremely dedicated giving 110% every day, you will see in a few sessions the improvement in your child. But most importantly, they will have fun in a family environment. We can't be more Thankful to be a part of the Jiu Jitsu Nation Team.
I can't say enough about Jiu Jitsu Nation. Our son has been attending a little over a year now. He does the after school and summer program. It has been wonderful for him. He has gained so much confidence since he started. He came to us last week and told us he is ready to compete. We are so excited. Not only are the coaches amazing and truly care about the children, but it is also like one big family. The older children help all of the younger children out and it's truly amazing to watch them all grow together. I will have to say, this has been one of the best investments we have made in our son. It builds character, confidence and pushes them beyond their limits. We are hoping to be part of the Jiu Jitsu Nation family for a long time.
My husband and I looked into several options for our son while he was on summer break. I heard about Jiu Jitsu nation through a few friends who's kids attend the classes/summer program as well. They all bragged about how amazing this place was. Let me tell you they was right. We just love Jiu Jitsu nation and I'm so thankful for them and how they really care about these kids. My son comes home every day and tells me all the things he learns and all the fun things they done. He can't wait to get home a practice his moves on his dad. We love Jiu Jitsu nation!!!
Our 11 year old boy has been practicing Jiu Jitsu for 5 years and now our 6 year old is training at the academy.

If you are looking for an after school or summer program, I recommend the team at Jiu Jitsu Nation located on Old Nashville Highway. These kids are not afraid of contact and develop motor skills, instincts and discipline that will reside for a lifetime. I wished all my kids could have experienced a similar program. The coaches are great with the kids and deserve the utmost respect. If we were not moving to Washington my son would stay here and it would have been exciting to see him advance with the rest of his friends that he has made here. You guys will be missed!!!
