I was in the store today and this lady was treating one of the employees like garbage. But I was thoroughly impressed by the employee's demeanor and how she handled the situation. Although I didn't buy anything this time around, I've definitely gained a lot of respect for Kay Jewelers and their employees.
I got the employee's name on my way out: Bridgette. When I come back for my special lady's ring, I'll definitely ask Bridgette to be the one to help me out.
