Busy little place on the first and the last of the month but I still get the information I need from the friendly staff. Wait times can be crazy anywhere, small town with lots of people to accommodate. 5 stars!
Hands down the most uninformative and talk around in circles people I have EVER met. Ten minutes face to face at the window with an actual person at the Smyrna location got me nothing but frustrated enough to quietly gather my things and just walk away. In a three minute phone call to the Murfreesboro location I found out everything I needed to know and some things and did not know.
Needed to get my passport submitted and they took care of me in about 20min. The wait wasn't long, and the official was fast and friendly.
I went in to get a title transferred into my name. When I went in there were 3 people ahead of me and 3 at the only 3 out of the 6 windows open. 30 minutes later, 20 minutes til closing time when I was called up there we 15 to 20 people in line behind me shaking their heads and probably wondering why the other 3 that were standing behind them talking couldn't help out. When they broke up one of them went back to the passport window and back to filing her nails. Pathetic
Always helpful. I've never had a problem with these folks. I always make the drive from Murfreesboro to this facility because of the friendly, courteous and professional treatment. I just love these folks.
