Everything was good until I had a problem with the heating unit not working properly and my bill went from $79 to $246 in one billing cycle and the next 1 (using less heat because of warmer days) was $258. When I addressed the issue in more or less words I was told it was my fault. Next attempt to try to resolve the issue I was told maintenance didn't report the feedback to management...ok (is that my fault). Before I would have referred this place, now Heck No! When my lease up I'm running. Worse management I've seen in a while. And when my inspection came about they only checked a few things and attempted to walk out and I said something and the lady looked at me like "duh" the maintenance guy scared to say something.
I have been living here almost 3 1/2 years. The management is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE! There is never anyone in the office, the attitudes are horrible, they make no effort to work with tenants and I have every intention to publicly complain about the poor service I have been offered. As soon as my lease is up, I am leaving.
Pool almost close always and no camera to watch those that coming from outside to drop garbage in our cans. Everything else is good.
