Check Craigslist. There are 2 separate adds for 'new 3 bedroom trailers.' one in English that says "new 3 bedroom trailers for 1,100$ a month." The other is in Mexican.. That says "new 3 bedroom trailers for 950$ a month!" Also our house is settling, causing all of the doors and door frames to shift and not even close! I was told by the Mexican maintenance men that "its normal, if you dont have your furniture properly distributed throughtout the house!" On top of that, the office employs Lavergne Towing. They charge you 250$ if they tow your vehicle 3 miles.. And they tow for any reason they chose, the office workers drive around and make a list of cars they want gone. I've been towed 4 times. Once because my tags went out at the end of the month! This place is complete trash, even for a trailer park. Do NOT MOVE HERE!
I am a current resident and I can say it is a quite friendly community. We like it.
Well kept the common areas are up-to-date nice swing sets other things for the kids to do at the playground, the only downside is they don't have their own pool have to go across the street
I just move here 2 years ago from a different county..I found this place and I love it..it's close to my work and stores..Heather and Anna are super friendly...they are in the office all time. They are a little strict but understandable..
