As.a long time customer I have two request :one is to always have a bench in front for people to sit. I have a disability and while my husband is checking out I like to sit in the front. Today there was an elderly lady with a cane waiting for her husband and there was no where for either of us to sit. Also keep coffee made during the day not just in the mornings. I alway drank the coffee before my shopping . Other than those two suggestions Publix is the only place we shop and spend quite alot every month. I appreciate the friendliness of the employees. Keep up the good work. Make sure all employees have the same training and bring the bench back in front and the coffee. Thanks

Always nice. Like any other grocery store, quality varies depending on season, or availability, but Publix is pretty consistent. The people are very nice, and helpful. All and all, it's a great store.
Very disappointed. Food quality for Subs was terrible and it took longer than what was supposed to be advertised.
Shopping is NOT "a pleasure" when everything costs more, the produce is no better than Wal-mart, and there are almost no lanes open with customers three carts deep. What happened here? It used to never take 15 minutes to check out, but it does now. Looks like Black Friday even on Sunday night at 7pm. No point in bypassing Kroger to come here if the experience is the same.
