Very annoyed they have programs to help you save money on your visits. None of that was mentioned to use while there. Also none of the pricing for anything they were doing was told to use before treatment. They said he needed an antiobiotic shot, scrape, pill, etc....then took him back for what i thought was a skin scrape and instead did all. You would think if your going to give a shot that cost 80.00 you might tell the customer first. I would of never agreed to it and would of asked for pills instead. From what I have seen it is very over priced. Go to animal house if you want great care and to save money!

Time to make some changes!

I have talked, I have complained, and talked more to Sherri about a certain, arrogant, condescending individual at this location. This person talks down to me like I’m stupid. Every time I try to talk to her about this person, there is ALWAYS an excuse. Today made the 3rd time I’ve talked to her about this person, her response, “I will have a talk with said person.” Well, this is the 3rd time this has been said and nothing is getting better.

If I never had to deal with said person ever again, and just put them behind closed doors somewhere where they don’t interact with customers, everything would be fine. However, when I call, I cringe if they answer the phone and I hang up on them, because hearing their voice just pisses me off to wits end.

Said person called and left me a voicemail stating, “due to the limited availability on anesthesia, that I needed to call them back so I could keep my appointment.” When did they start booking appointment for surgery if they can’t accommodate the limited availability and then basically tell me if I don’t confirm they will cancel my appointment.

I’ve called other locations trying to rebook this procedure, and when I explain my frustration about the Smyrna location, EVERYONE I have talked to, ask me if it’s “said persons name” and I confirm it is. They even don’t like helping out at this location when they are asked because how arrogant this person is and how awful said person talks to people.

I can't be more pleased with the Veterinarian that took Dr. Carr's place... I had transferred all of my pets out of this clinic but a few that still had the wellness plans. When I went back for my last visit with this plan they introduced me to a new Veterinarian that had taken Dr. Carr's place. She is awesome and very knowledgeable of breeders and that is very important to me and my fur babies... I have transferred all of my babies back over to her care... Thank you so much Dr. Kivi... I will be sending all of my clients to you in the future....

I brought my puppy Cashew here and the staff was so warm and loving. They really love what they do, and you can definitely tell. They also offer really great programs to cut down on fees. Love it here.

Staff seemed genuinely happy to see my dog. The vet (Dr. Willey) had specific knowledge about my dog's breed, and the vet tech spent a great deal of time explaining the wellness plan and answering my many questions. I bought the wellness plan, and I look forward to seeing these folks again for all my dog's needs.

With that being said, Shoutout to Adam and Dr Carr for always being professional and extremely nice and always going above and beyond. There’s also a female vet I’ve seen once with my boys and I can’t think of her name but she’s amazing too!

I have several friends that use to use Smyrna as their hospital but have left because of said person. They travel to Murfreesboro, Brentwood, and 100 oaks instead of being close. One friend, which even lives in the apartments right behind Banfield Smyrna. After this procedure, my 2 boys will be going to Murfreesboro. Never had a bad experience there and they’ve always worked me in if I’ve just dropped by, when Smyrna has said, “we are all booked up,” but when I signed up I was told I didn’t have to have an appointment but it was just encouraged.
