6 months pass and I decide to try another dentist. Legacy Hill. The woman who cleaned my teeth, Kathy, was amazing and genuinely seemed interested in my health and wellbeing. She was gentle but got the job done well and in great time. They didn't try to sell me anything, they just cared about my teeth. Doctor was great too and said I had a good bill of health. A very very different situation then what these other dentists had tricked me into thinking. Never did they wave their finger and treat me like a child, they educated, and took great care of me. This is one of the most amazing dentist experiences i have ever had in my life.
Now to the part you all want to know...
I have several things done recently, from a filling, to Bridge work, and it all went great! The Doctor and staff are very friendly and professional, and goes beyond trying to make sure you are comfortable.
I moved from Washington DC a few years ago and never found a dentist in the Nashville area that I trusted. After being burned by the big corporate dentistries I had almost lost hope. A corporate dentist I went to on Sam Ridley lied about my cavaties, charges, and work that needed to be done. They didn't even ask what work I wanted done, they sat me down and asked what payment plan I wanted. I walked out of the place when this occured. It was like I was being sold car financing. I was convinced I had let my teeth rot in a years time, it was astonishing the mental effect this dentist Corporation had on me. I had always had pretty good teeth. I don't name other business in reviews so just google it for yourself if you want to know the name.
This place was wonderful! The dentist personally spoke to us on a holiday and arranged to get us in immediately even tho we weren't established patients. I am very grateful for his understanding of the amount of pain a tooth infection can cause and willingness to help us out. Once there, the staff was friendly & helpful, we had no wait time, and Dr. Edwards was great. We will be going back as regular clients from now on. Highly recommend!
The Dentist and the Dental technicians are very professional, however the front desk/administrative personnel are are not. Their customer service skills are extremely poor and they have attempted to charge me for services that I have not received. They have been rude to me multiple times and when I spoke to the dentist about this, he offered no apologies for her behavior and did nothing to rectify the situation, so I assume this type of behavior is condoned. After doing business here for 5 plus years, I expected better. Don't do business here.
Legacy hill is my new home for dentistry and I recommend everyone go here for their dentistry needs.
