I've been a patient of Smyrna Dental Center since Sept 2011, and I absolutely love it. The staff is friendly, caring and loving. I feel at home when I come here. I used to hate going to the dentist, but since coming here, I now enjoy the experience. My whole family comes and they treat us all with such great care. They thoroughly explain all work that is needed and financing options are available. They work with my schedule as well as my children's. Dr. Downer and his staff are wonderful! I was in an emergency dental situation this morning, and they got me right in. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Downer explained everything to me and made me feel very relaxed. My experience was painless, quick and the cost was reasonable. Been going here for about 4 yrs now. The staff is patient and great! Dr. Downer takes time to here your concerns and gives good advice on different options not just what he thinks but involves you in the care which is important to me. I would highly recommend this office!
