Updated from one to four stars. Staff has changed and some of the prior issues seem to be better. I can't complain about how I've been treated the past months of shopping there.
Go see Willie and his staff very knowledgeable of games gaming systems and anything else pertaining to video games coming down the pipe!!!!!
I agree with the other reviewers here. The staff never tries to over sell to you. They have also sold me a cheaper copy if one is available. Great experience all around.
All in all, nice job earning back my business and would recommend others to take peek in the store also.
I was determined to never use this place again but have had encouraging interactions there as of late.
Willie is a great manager and goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy.
