Take my word when I say. I’ve been to a few tire shops. But firestone took the win. Quick and proper. Customer service and service team. Both polite and well trained.
Went in for an alignment and balance. They told me a pickup of 3:30 then told me at 3:15 that it would take an additional 2 hours and 30 mins. Unacceptable and will never be back.
Manager made it right by replacing all tires that were deemed defective. Quick service times when possible. I’ve been using them for over 2 years now for tires, alignments and balancing. Everything else I use another mechanic.
