I am writing this review because last week I went in to have the tires balanced on my truck and T.J. pointed out that my Pitman Arm was worn out. I asked if they could fix it, which they could and did.
Thank You T.J. for finding and repairing the problem after all these years.
After the repair (once again what I felt to be a fair price) I really could not believe it. Driving home was actually FUN. It stayed straight as an arrow with no play at all! I can not remember when it actually drove so nice.
Jason, April and the rest of the gang have done nothing but help me everytime I come in. Very personable place like family even. They now have put new wheels and tires and even more on both my truck and my wife's new Durango. I couldn't take my business elsewhere. And they will go above and beyond to make sure everyone and everything is as it should be. Thanks again guys see you soon on something else I'm sure.
How the other shops that have done my work in the past missed the play in the Pitman Arm boggles my mind. It has been wandering all over the road for years and I just accepted that it was an old truck, and that was just the way it was going to be. It had really gotten to the point that it was no fun to drive since it was so loose it was just hard to stay in my lane on the interstate.
