WHOEVER WAS WORKING FOR THE DRIVE THROUGH AND WINDOW AT 8/11/17 DURING RUSH HOUR SHOULD BE FIRED. I pulled into the Arby's and it was almost empty. I was the only one in the drive-through and I got no response from the worker until I said something. I ordered a meal and had to repeat what I said twice because she was "busy doing something" and it was just ONE regular meal of the menu. She didn't ask me for a drink and was apparently too busy to give me the total until I pulled up to the window. The only thing that wasn't wrong in my order was my sandwich. You would think repeating the order and being patient would make sure your food is actually correct. I got the completely wrong fries and my drink wasn't even right. I live less than a MILE from here and I WONT EVER GO BACK. Every time I go here, I'm greeted with lazy workers. And to think I was happy that an Arby's opened near my house.
Clean place, friendly people. They just put too much Mayo on my sandwich. I would come back again though. Just get the sauce on the side.

I love this Arby's. Great customer service, everyone is really friendly. I eat here all the time. Food is always fantastic, Tiffany makes some mean sandwiches if you get the chance to try them you will not be disappointed. Zaria was very pleasant to take my order. Store is very clean as well as bathrooms. (Smiles) I will definitely keep eating here & telling all my friends! Hope you do too*
