Cookout is our go to cheap place to go to get some yummy hamburgers or shakes.
There customer service was so unprofessional, having employees loudly laugh and discuss their personal business over the drive thru intercom, and then on top of that to pay $20 worth of food and have NONE of it taste good.
If you're anything like me, it takes ALOT for me to EVER write a bad review for somewhere.
It is really yummy food and always fast and fresh when we go.
I will NEVER spend my money at this location EVER again.
The milkshakes were frozen to the point of having ice shards within the shake. Also, they were so thick you couldn't even get the shake to flow through the straw. The burgers smelled like they had been bathed in charcoal and tasted WORSE than elementary cafeteria food. The fries had the consistency of spaghetti and tasted like an unseasoned potato. The hush puppies tasted like they were fried in bad oil and left the aftertaste of burned metal in the mouth.
Good fresh food! Great prices! Just check your food before you leave. They have sometimes left out an item. Bit still. Nobody's perfect!
This place is awesome, but it was a lot better when it first opened up.... food is good, but now it seems like they just shove your food in a plate and toss it out the window at you..... need to bring back the original staff...
Come here all the time. Love the place. Had a bad experience recently but the manager was very nice and helpful. They care about your business even though they are not technically a local restaurant.
