Spent 15 minutes in the drive though today behind one man, when I finally got the the drive through window the only thing that was said to me was $11.61. My order was missing the side item and they gave me a Coke instead of the un-sweet tea that I ordered. The lady turned around and just walked away from me.
I've gone there twice and both times were bad. First time they were out of almost everything. Had to get only dark meat and had no sides. The second time we paid extra for 20 pieces of white chicken. Not only did we only get dark meat but the chicken tasted like it was sitting in old oil for days. I will not be going back. It's sad I was looking forward to getting a church's chicken in the area.
The owner forces management to sell chicken up to a week past its usage date. Please excersize caution when deciding to eat here, improperly stored/prepared chicken can cause serious illness and could kill you. The management and crew care but are strictly directed by the owner who simply doesn't care about the community or guests they serve. Rather than take a loss on expired product, employees are told to cook it immediately and serve it, even a week after its discard date.
Church's knows how to do spicy chicken right, it will get your attention. For being new, this place already needs help. The girl working the register just stands there doing nothing else. She looked completely confused when my food was ready and had to ask someone if it was my order (there was only one other customer and he was eating). Tables were dirty so I had to look for the cleanest. Considering there were only two people eating in the whole restaurant, no excuse for that.
The chicken and mashed potatoes were good, but the customer service at this place sucks. They are rude and act like they don't even want to be there. And be sure to check your order before you pull away from the window. Got home and were missing half our order...
Never again will I go back.
